Heritage Elementary Update: The issue is a snapped utility pole. It is being fixed but it may be a lengthy repair. While Heritage does not have electricity, our students are safe and the teachers, staff and Mr. Clark are ensuring their day is as normal as possible. Since the community is without power, it is better to keep our students at school until regular dismissal time to ensure their safe dismissal home. (If a parent or guardian on a student's pick-up list wants to pick up their child early, they may do so). Our school nutrition staff are ensuring that students will have lunch today.

Heritage Elementary School lost power this morning. Everyone is safe. Mr. Clark and his wonderful staff are ensuring we resume as normal operation as possible. Ronnie Cooley is working with utility company to determine cause and restoration time. We will share more information as we have it.
